    "Terrible and highly unprofessional customer service. We pre-booked a 30-minute massage for a group of 5 people. They brought us in, and we were already seated in the massage chairs ready to begin. However, three other customers walked in asking for 1-hour sessions, and the staff actually forced us to leave, claiming it was 'booked.' They completely disregarded our reservation just to take a higher-paying walk-in. Incredibly disrespectful and greedy business practices. Avoid this place."

    1\5 stars is generous for this dump. Booked a facial via WhatsApp, nice and helpful and quick booking with fast availability. It got downhill when we arrived. - Sprite as a welcome drink with a mint leaf, just didn't cut it for me. Way below the standard you'd expect, everywhere else is offering fresh juice/tea/iced water etc. - therapist asked would we like the light on or off, we asked for them off, but she preferred them on... so they stayed on. Why ask in the first place? Photos on the review are of the lighting during the entire facial. - the face scrub was so dry in the end after 5 minutes of scrubbing, may as well have rubbed sandpaper all over my face. Think I've got 3rd degree burns from the friction... or at least I did when she dropped the HOT STEAMER onto my forehead. - clambering around, not knowing how to use the equipment (steamer) or any of the products it seemed. Must have left the room about 5 times during the massage, each time rolling the screeching sliding do

    I’m sorry to give a bad review. The only reason for 2 stars is the staff being very nice. But I came in for a manicure and pedicure and it’s sad to say I’ve never had worst nails than now. When you google manicure fails, it looks exactly like that. The price was also higher than market value. But the people were nice :)

    Myself and my mom had pedicures. From the inclusive taxi pickup from our hotel the whole experience was amazing and the finish product superb. The staff were friendly attentive and spoke good English. The premises were clean with aircon and the area around is a nice part of the city close to the hotel precinct.
