  The building's nice but a bit rundown. Loved the massage room's ambiance, especially the water feature. The massage itself was a bit too deep for my taste. Biggest wow factor was the flower-filled bathtub - super relaxing! Price, service, and facilities = thumbs up! Booked via tiket.com apps for a good deal. Check it out if you're heading to Bali!

  Best massage out of the 3 massages I experienced on Bali. Strength, atmosphere and services are great. Had the "tada!" moment when they slide open the doors to reveal the outdoor toilet and shower. Will be good if the shampoo and body wash are labelled to avoid confusion. Opposite gender friends are advised to take different rooms.

  Made massage reservation thru Whatsapp. Response was quick and reception was very helpful to assist us with our booking and confirmation. We took full body massage in a private room. Clean and comfortable environment. Masseurs are gentle, and pressure applied was okay. A little soft but just the right pressure I needed on that day. Do inform the masseur if you'd like more pressure. Shower are available after massage. Ginger tea was good, love it lol. Thank you Zen Family Spa and team.

  Just finished 1.5 hr massage . From start to finish it was a very good experience. Ease or selection of massage . Ginger tea while waiting for room to be prepared. Massagers u got was experienced. Amazing . 5* for them . Room was clean . Much cheaper than most or massages in nusa dua
