Relative to the price - the experience was underwhelming. First of all, you need to pay 150k from the pier to the hotel. Then you have to pay 150k again from hotel to the pier. And the second time they didn’t even help us with our bags. The first night we slept without a duvet, only a bed sheet. The ac was not cold enough. The property is really old and warn down. Wifi was barely working for us. But the staff were always friendly and welcoming. They have a lounge for you to wait for your ferry departure, with ac and an area for shower. The breakfast was restaurant quality food. The grounds are really nice and the resort is positioned over a cliff. Fantastic views.

Absolutely stunning resort with exceptional amenities such as 3 pools, a very well equipped gym, an ice bath set at 5 degrees, a steam room and quiet spaces to enjoy the view. Set on a cliff with magnificent views from our room 25, you would think you were in Positano and we were perched on the top. We chose to walk up and down the hill (who needs a leg workout!) but the buggy service is free and takes you up and down the steep walk. The staff are super friendly and the rooms are beautiful and fresh. Only a few minutes walk to the main beach. I highly recommend this resort. We are a healthy couple in our 60’s.

Our first stay on the Island and so blessed to stay at this resort in a quiet location. When I walked into our spacious villa I was blown away. The bed linen top notch (a little uncomfortable) outdoor shower and bath. Sit on the balcony to appreciate the beautiful ocean each morning and evening.|Value is reasonable. |Cleanliness is good.|Noise level generally good.|Service good |Amenities - Restaurant served excellent quality food. Choice of pool areas. The pool overlooking the ocean is quiet which is nice.|Location - A short walk to Coconut Bay with a store. To the right a few restaurants/ bars to enjoy a cocktail 🍸or bintang!!|Access to each villa is via a buggy driven by staff. If you are fit use the steps!!|Boat Trip - SETIA were very helpful. It was worth paying extra to have our large cases taken care of on arrival to the island up to the resort.

The location of this resort was great, but unfortunately the room did not quite meet my expectations. The soundproofing could be improved as I could hear noise from the neighboring rooms and the floor above. I was also surprised that the bed only came with a very thin sheet instead of a proper blanket. The outdoor shower was a nice concept, but there were quite a lot of mosquitoes in the bathroom, likely because of the open-air design. One night when we were feeling hungry, we tried to order room service, only to be informed that we had to go to the lobby ourselves to collect the food. That said, there were some highlights. The gym was impressive and well-equipped, and the complimentary breakfast included with the room was excellent. Overall, the resort has its strengths, but given the relatively high price point—perhaps due to the long weekend—I was expecting a better overall experience.
