    Gentle, kind & high level care. My spa attendant was good with massage and also he was good with my hair. I had the big package and it was really worth it. Given I had been at the beach and the pool a lot and my hair was affected by the water plus lack of care this was exactly what I needed. Silky smooth hair. I honestly had some Ocean dreads and he was incredibly careful and I barely noticed him getting all of the knots out. Magic! 🧜‍♀️🥳🙏🏼💙

    I had a wonderful experience during my 120-minute massage at this spa. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. I was happily surprised to be greeted with a detox drink, which was such a thoughtful touch. My therapist was incredibly kind, attentive, and truly professional, and the massage itself was excellent, perfectly balanced, relaxing, and tailored to my needs. To end the session with a warm ginger tea was the perfect finishing touch. I left feeling completely refreshed and cared for. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back! 💆‍♀️✨

    Incredible spa! I had the Water Healing Spa Therapy and it was such an amazing experience. Sulini took her time and made me feel completely at ease. I'd never had this type of treatment before, but I'd do it again in a heartbeat - it was so relaxing! I enjoyed it so much that I booked another treatment with Sulini the next day for a Thai Stretch Massage, which was just as good. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back the next time I'm in Nusa Lembongan. Thank you!

    Amazing 👌💗 excellent service, clean, lovely staff, treatments were perfection. During our holiday my daughter ended up visiting Karuna Island Spa multiple times, firstly for a hair wash, then facials, then manicures. Everything was amazing. Have to say, we were so impressed with the nails, they made an obvious effort to ensure perfect. Not only were they faultless they lasted for weeks longer than any other nails we’ve ever had done. I also had a Balinese massage here -it was the best massage ever. Our holiday was back in Jun/July, and I have not stopped thinking about how great everyone here was so I thought I’d better get on and share our experience here.
