  Went here 2 days in a row, my massage was great. My girlfriend’s first massage was okay, the lady could have not been on her phone when she did the massage. But the second day she asked for a deep massage. The masseuse hurt my girlfriend by massaging her on her bones. When she asked the masseuse to not massage her bones the masseuse decided to give her the softest and worst massage she could give. When asked to pay we said we do not want to pay for a deep tissue as that is not what was given. They insisted that the lady gave a deep tissue massage. I would have given 3 stars but they handled the situation very unprofessionally…

  I Went to get a Balinese massage with my sister and my mom. The massage itself felt nice, but I felt very judged by the staff. They were constantly mouthing stuff to each other. Another thing was- we had no privacy, we had to undress in front of each other which that wouldnt have been a problem but the staff was there and looking at us as well. Would not go again.

  One of the worst massages I have ever had. They convinced us that Balinese massage is too soft and we should go for deep tissue, it had nothing to do with deep tissue they just rammed their elbows in full force up and down our bodies, I asked for a bit more concentration on a shoulder that was hurt and she did nothing, lights a full on and bright, they talk in between each other and worst thing once we finished they just folded the sarong and towels used on us back onto the bed for the next customer. Absolutely do not recommend.

  I went to this salon to have my gel nails removed and new gel polish applied. I was greeted warmly and invited in to take a seat until someone was ready for me. When the beautician started removing my old gels, she used an electric drill (I imagine to speed up the process) but she was a little careless or inexperienced maybe and the drill kept hitting my skin causing it to be quite painful. She also hovered for too long in one spot with the drill so that became uncomfortable and hot. After this, it was very hard to relax for the remainder of my appointment. However, she was very apologetic and it did seem like she was trying harder to ensure the drill didn't slip. I asked for my nails to be filed rather than cut as I didn't want much off the length. There was no offer of what shape I would like and she just filed back and fourth with very little skill, rather than moving in one direction. She then moved onto the manicure which was nice as she used a scrub and moisturiser. She proceeded
