  Place a bit hard to find, we made a reservation early on WhatsApp but upon reaching, we realised that the place was a little rundown and not as pristine as the picture showed. We wanted to cancel the reservation but the attendant made a big fuss, we were surrounded by 4-5 locals during the discussion of the cancellation, we eventually agreed to pay a cancellation fee before they let us go. He wanted to charge us the full price, we negotiated down to 150k. And they don't accept card payment. My goodness, what a story to tell. Fyi, a lot of places here don't accept card payment. I may be at fault for cancellation, but I felt the reason to my cancellation is valid. Either way, my partner and I should not be subjected to such treatment, we're just honest tourists that want a good experience. The place is not awful but my experience was. Edited: just look at the reply from the owner, you can tell how hospitable they are.

  Reached the location and realised it’s not very well maintained. The beds were peeling and there weren’t any proper doors or coverage - just simple cloths as curtains. As it was out in the open, I wasn’t very comfortable proceeding with the massage. When I tried to cancel (prior to agreed booked time), owner was very aggressive and agitated. He insisted we pay the full amount before we could leave. We were afraid then because a few other locals have arrived and we were outnumbered. I can understand that it’s difficult to make a living and the masseuse were on their way (if he had informed them earlier instead of insisting we complete the massage, the masseuse could’ve made other plans) however I don’t think it’s right to hold us there and insist we make full payment when we’ve already offered to pay a cancellation fee. I felt extremely unsafe with his aggression. After discussing with the masseuse we managed to lower the cancellation fee to an appropriate amount. They then let us lea

  We booked a massage for three people via Whatsapp, which worked perfectly! The atmosphäre was super welcoming, warm so we felt very comfortable. Everybody was so nice and we felt sooo relaxed afterwards. Thanks a lot 🫶

  Beautiful hidden spot in Nusa Lembongan where you can truly relax and calm down! The owner is very kind, we had a lovely chat with him and the masseuse was amazing too. If you’re in Lembongan, you should definitely check this place out. Easy communication via WhatsApp as well!
