  While I am a fan of Kamari’s much larger Parak Gadang location, this specific branch leaves much to be desired. The primary issue lies in the customer service. The staff came across as unapproachable and lacked basic hospitality. As early walk-in customers, we were inexplicably pressured to hand over a reservation deposit. Management needs to address the staff's word choice and overall customer handling. We also need to say multiple times to reduce the pressure. Maybe next time, before the session staff would ask our preferences instead of we are not able to enjoy the massage peacefully. On a practical level, the physical space feels congested, and the parking situation is highly inconvenient.

  the service its perfect (5stars) they are very polite with our body and always ask us if we want to get massage more or not, for the massage they doing it really good and calm, and very gentle with our body. and after treatment they give us wedang jahe or green bean porridge

  I think it’s currently the most convenient places for massaging in Padang city. Excellent therapists, good vibes, nice smells, friendly staff and tasty snacks offered
