  We used the laundry service at the small shop in front of this location and had a very negative experience. We were charged 400,000 IDR for about 10 kg of laundry, which already felt quite high. The woman working there was also quite pushy, which made us uncomfortable. We also noticed that items like cigarettes were priced much higher than elsewhere. When we picked up our laundry later, more than half of our clothes were missing, including expensive items like bras and my fiancé’s shirts. We went back the same evening in heavy rain, and luckily she was still there and returned the missing items. She said it was a mistake, but given how much was missing, that did not feel convincing to us. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to be very cautious here. Double-check prices before buying anything, and if you use the laundry service, count your items carefully before leaving. We would not use this place again.
