  I spent 5 days in this hotel. The service is excellent, the employees are always attentive. But the room is dirty. The sheets had stains when I arrived. When you turn on the shower, it smells of sulfur. In addition to not having hot water. And no Wi-Fi in the room.

  Nice for staycation... Very close to the beach seeing sun set & sun rise. Clean room & warm staff.

  It seems new renovated building, so from outside it looks nice. The location is in front of pangandaran beach (but yea far if u like to play in west beach or white sand beach). Swimming pool is also quite big, with nice interior. But once i stayed here, i could say the service so suck. I came on 1.30 pm, the room is not ready yet. There are a lot of people waiting for their room get cleaned. So i just got my room on 2.40 pm and its still quite wet. The shower water is not so hot even i already put maximum hot. No hot water for westafel too. They just provide soap bar. There is no view from my room because of those tall tree. So definitely view cant be counted as their facilities. In the next day, i wanted to have breakfast on 9 am (their breakfast time is on 7.30-10.00 which is late n shorter than other restaurant), but almost all food, ice drink, n fruit already empty. What makes me pissed off is when i asked for omelette. They said no more available. Just for eggs u cant provide? I

  They gave us the worst room in the place. Looks like there's very nice rooms but we booked cheap via agota. They had us wait while they cleaned room. Ants around bathroom. No sink No hot water Bed and bedding very comfortable Nice pool
