  Highly recommended. Visiting from Australia. Great customer service. Hardy at the reception, Yudha the hotel taxi driver and restaurant staff were all great. Very clean rooms. House keeping did a great job. Good location and value for money.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained with modern facilities. The bed was very comfortable, allowing good rest after a long day of travel and work. Housekeeping maintained excellent cleanliness standards throughout my stay. One of the highlights is the strategic city location — close to restaurants, cafes, and main attractions in Pontianak, making transportation very convenient. The hotel facilities such as the swimming pool, fitness center, and restaurant added great value to the overall experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with professionalism.   Over all is a nice place to stay, great location. But we were there during G floor renovation. Also, pls consider air cooling for outdoor restaurants (with the live band) because the weather is extremely hot nowadays
