  I don’t even know where to start with how bad this experience was. This place is an absolute mess, and the so-called “stylist” Hans shouldn’t be trusted with a pair of scissors, let alone someone’s hair. Completely butchered the cut and somehow made it look worse than when I walked in. It’s honestly impressive how wrong everything went. Do yourself a favor and stay far away—especially from Hans. Unless you’re okay walking out looking like a disaster.
