  I've been a regular visitor to Sanur and Blessing Bali. I've visited Blessing around 50 times and I'm well know to all the staff. Cynthia and Gina have been excellent during that time. Today I was very disappointed. Unfortunately Cynthia had her day off and was full when I arrived, that wasn't a problem. What disappointed me was the 2 staff who were in the reception area came across quite rudely, normally as a customer you would be offered to wait, rather when I asked when someone would be available I was completely ignored. Clearly being a loyal customer doesn't count. It was my last day and was planning to give Cynthia and Gina an extra tip for their great service over the last 3 weeks. Instead I went to a competitor down the road who were excellent. If Cynthia or Gina are still there when I return I'll come back otherwise they've lost a customer.

  A simple spa, but really good! I have a terrible stiff shoulder and the therapist really fix me. If u are looking for deep tissue massage in Sanur, this is the place! Go for their Swedish Massage. Highly recommended 👍🏼

  I first went in 2014 and continue to this day. I have a massage daily and as needed manicure and pedicure and have had foot massage and body scrub. It always excellent and close very short walk from my villa. I rate them highly.

  Very good spa. We thoroughly enjoyed the massages. Reasonably priced and not too far walk from Hyatt. Photo of business card attached for you to whatsapp in advance as they are only open until 6pm.
