    Disappointing Experience and Unacceptable Treatment! I am incredibly disappointed with the treatment I received at your massage place today. As a local resident who frequently visits my parents right across the street, I've been eager to try your services for a while now, hoping to find a new regular spot. Few hour ago, I came in, chose my massage, and had already prepared myself by taking off my sandals and securing my belongings in a locker. However, before my session could even begin, a local lady brought in an older tourist couple. Despite the fact that the therapist was clearly allocated to me and there were no other therapists available, this lady insisted the therapist on accommodating the tourists, claiming she had tried to book them via WhatsApp without receiving confirmation. What happened next was truly unacceptable. The therapist then asked me if I would mind moving to your other location on the main road, just a two-minute walk away. I was utterly taken aback.     My partner and I just had the most amazing massages by therapists Surya and Novi. We both agree this is by far the best massage we have ever had. My partner was also experiencing severe pain with a pulled muscle in his lower back and his therapist knew exactly how to manage and help the situation with care and the correct pressure etc. I was also very impressed with the amount of reflexology as I could very much feel the effects throughout other parts of my body. This is by far a 5 star experience and I would get a massage here everyday if I could. Thank you Surya and Novi!
