    I had an amazing experience at The Shampoo Lounge. Agus, my stylist, was incredibly professional, patient, and attentive to exactly what I wanted. My husband also thoroughly enjoyed his gentleman’s facial. I would highly recommend TSL to anyone looking for exceptional service. Just be sure to book early — it’s very popular, and for good reason!

    I took the Ice Mint Creambath and extended the time on shoulder. Orista was my therapist and her shoulder massage was so good! I’ve had tensions and headaches. It was a good relief! Very heavenly. Also on top of that I requested for curls during the blow dry. She did a fantastic job even despite telling me supposedly it’s the stylist that does it but she will try. I appreciate her service and I feel all the staffs here give heartfelt service. Please continue the amazing work!

    I adore this place. I got massage, wax, biab manicure , hair treatment and hair cut. All the services were brilliant and the attention to detail was exceptional. I am so happy with my hair and a big shout out to Lily who gave the most incredible hair treatment and scalp massage I have ever had in my life. Returning to London all treatments will feel like a let down after the brilliant service at the Shampoo Lounge. Highly recommended !

    I had the most fantastic acrylic nail refill and pedicure both with shellac with Iluh and Desy yesterday. They were both so particular and gentle. I love the end result and also the fact I could have a cocktail during the treatment. I won’t be going anywhere else in Bali in future. Thank you so much.
