    I had a great massage experience with Inun. She was attentive, professional, and made sure to explain each step while checking in to ensure I was comfortable. The whole experience, including the relaxing ambience, made it one of the best massages I’ve had in Indonesia. I only wish I had been able to try the Calm package, but I hope Kalum opens an outlet in Jakarta one day and I’ll definitely be a visitor! The counter staff were also polite and welcoming. Highly recommend Kalum Spa :)

    I had a mixed experience with the 90-minute Signature Massage. Considering the price range, I expected a better experience, especially after reading so many positive reviews. The interior was beautiful, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. However, the massage bed was extremely firm, probably the firmest I’ve ever experienced. It made squeaking noises every time the therapist applied pressure, which became quite distracting. The therapist was very polite and attentive. When she noticed my forehead was getting uncomfortable from lying face down on that firm bed massage, she thoughtfully folded a towel to make it more comfortable, which I really appreciated. The massage itself was decent. However, as someone who gets massages regularly, I felt the technique was a bit more procedural. It seemed like the therapist was following a sequence rather than reading where my muscles were actually tight and adjusting the pressure accordingly. Experienced therapists usually have a natu

    The place is super clean, comfortable and zen. Products used for the treatment feels great in quality. The only improvement needed is the therapist service, felt so-so. The massage pressure is good in the beginning then it goes weaker. The scrub part is not really detail (e.g: in the back of hands, back of arms, between fingers and toes). Overall ambience is great, maybe I just unlucky with the therapist.

    The place is super clean and smells great! The masseuse were nice and the massage was amazing. The bubble bath was beyond! And overall it was a great experience. The Zen spa is recommended!
