    After trying many others in Seminyak areas, only Essential Health Spa have enough staff and expert therapist to carry out customised treatments to our family of four. My treatment has been skill fully carried out in the traditional Bali style in very detail. The location is central, easy to get to, decor is modern and inviting with classy feel. We would definitely come back again for additional sessions given the opportunity.

    Okay this place is just really good. Came in for a massage and left basically a different person. The therapist actually listened, like properly listened and the pressure was exactly right the whole way through. No awkward moments, no rushing, just a solid hour of actually switching off. The space is clean, calm, smells amazing, and doesn't feel like one of those tourist trap spas that's all aesthetic and no substance. This one actually delivers. Seminyak has a million spas. Go to this one.

    I had the aromatherapy done by Ayu. Her skill is good and just the right strength that I fell asleep quickly. My husband enjoyed his rejuvenating massage session with Amy and was in deep sleep too. We woke up feeling refreshed. What an amazing experience. Will be back again when we come Seminyak.
