    This is the first time I've stayed at this hotel and I realize it won't be the last. Huge rooms and nice balconies. I want to thank Sayu for her help for my sister and her wonderful attitude. She made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

    We love the hotel, it's new and kids friendly. Perfect place for holiday with younger kids. The room was spacious with balcony and comfortable! They have a dedicated pool for the younger kids and also spacious kids club. Breakfast was also variable and yummy! Walking distance from the beach and double six area. We definitely be back!

    Thank you Grand Seminyak for making my honeymoon felt so special. The first time i step a foot here, the staff was incredibly friendly and served me and my husband very nicely and informative. the room was beyond my expectations, so comfy, even tho there are some issues with the bathroom and the jacuzzi, but it's just a minor. All was such a great experience. Cyntia the staff was truly helpful and very friendly. We met the GM and the sales marketing person and they greet us. The restaurant's view was breathtaking. I will definitely come back here with my whole family💜

    Look, the place is fine. But there is NO EXCUSE for serving warm beer at the beach bar. The sunset is lovely, the food decent, but why do they think it’s ok to serve warm bottled beer. If they haven’t figured out that it MUST be ice cold, they’re management aren’t paying attention.
