  Had such a relaxing spa session! The masseur was really attentive, after I mentioned my back sensitivity, she made sure the massage was gentle yet still incredibly comforting. The whole experience felt personalized and soothing. The spa itself was well-equipped with a shower and dressing area to freshen up right after. That little detail made the session feel even more complete. Professional service, thoughtful care, and pure relaxation.

  Was suffering after climbing mt rinjani and stopped in at aluna at 6:30 with no appointment and Yanti very kindly fit me in for an hour aromatherapy massage. The premises were absolutely spectacular and the service was perfection. Yanti was amazing. Im so grateful.

  Look the interior design of the room is STUNNING, but you can constantly hear road noise and the massage was just average. An 800k price tag once after all the add ons is also extortionate compared to other hotel massages at around 300-450k. It really wasnt worth the price tag unfortunately.

  Eka and Dewi did a wonderful job for my husband and I! Our experience of the honeymoon spa package was 10/10. From the foot massage, to the body scrub and total body massage we both felt so comfortable!
