  We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort! Everything exceeded our expectations—from the beautiful surroundings and comfortable rooms to the excellent facilities and outstanding service.   We stayed in the one-bedroom villa with a private pool, and it was a wonderful choice. The villa was spacious, and the private pool area offered plenty of room to relax in comfort. The staff were warm, friendly, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The food from the restaurant menu was delicious, although we felt the breakfast selection could be improved. The main pool area is beautiful, with the restaurant on one side, a bar with a pool table on the other, and uninterrupted views of the sea and Mount Agung straight ahead. It was the perfect place to unwind. Getting around was easy using Grab, and the spa massages were fantastic. A special thank you to Saeful and the entire team for their genuine hospitality and helpfulness, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a lovely experience and would happily recommend this resort to anyone visiting the area.

  Fab Gem of a hotel with staff who go over and above.|Special mention to Lilis in breakfast dining, Dani - cleaner, Indra reception trainee always smiling definitely needs taking on|G the manager.|All staff were lovely, the grounds are kept beautifully. Even had a bit of table tennis 🏓 practice. Thanks for making my stay so special 💓

  We had a wonderful week at this hotel. The grounds are beautiful, the atmosphere is quiet, and the sunsets on the beach are stunning. The swimming pool is lovely, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a great balance of Asian and European dishes.The hotel isn't new, and some amenities are a bit tired, but everything is clean and well-maintained. The location is a little isolated—however, that makes it perfect for those planning to rent a bike. Overall, great value for money.
