  We booked the massage while staying at the hotel and it was definitely a miss. The rooms were dirty, the towels smelled bad and the oil used COMPLETELY destroyed our hair and skin for multiple days. It was not an enjoyable experience whatsoever and once again this hotel proved that it is not worth staying at

  I’ve had four massages in Senggigi on this trip, all resort based. This was the best of the four. I chose the Mandalika massage as I didn’t know what it was and wanted to try something new. My tiny masseuse was so strong and just what I needed. I gave four stars as the spa could be refreshed a little. To be fair , the island is still recovering from significantly less tourists thanks to natural disasters so I am certain when I return next year , this smaller items will be addressed. Absolutely lovely staff as per usual. Lombok people are simply beautiful inside and out. Thankyou !

  Massage was okay, but the biggest downside was my therapist was definitely sick and / or recovering from a cold and was constantly sneezing or coughing throughout, which didn’t make for the most calming or comfortable experience. The bathroom was also very filthy, which made me nervous about the cleanliness of the rest of the spa.

  my wife chose the mandalika massage and was very impressed with the service – probably one of the best massage she ever had! the masseuse was very professional and thorough. highly recommended!
