  We had an excellent stay at the hotel and wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service provided by all the staff. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely professional. They went above and beyond to ensure our check-in process was smooth and that all our questions were answered promptly. Hartoona and Tivwi went over and beyond to make us feel at home and were extremely helpful. Special call out to the restaurant staff who served us during our stay. They provided outstanding service. Their attention to detail, positive attitude, and willingness to assist with any request made a significant difference in our overall experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but it was the exceptional service from the staff that truly made our stay memorable. Their dedication and professionalism reflect very positively on the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

  This is my second time at this hotel/resort.It's one of the best stays in Lombok. The food is good, rooms are clean, staff are excellent, the gym is ok, the pool is so much fun with the slide, the seafood barbecue dinners are not to be missed, and really nothing to complain about. I'll definitely come back again to Sheraton.Check the photos. All phone are taking from my phone eith no enhancements.

  First stay at this hotel, we had a pool view room. .The room was large with a view over the pool and gardens. May is the quiet period in Lombock so this room was ideal but I suspect in the main holiday season this room may be noisy so the garden rooms would be better away from the pool and noise.|Excellent breakfast and service. The pool was large with lots of sunbeds, the beach was clean and the sea was okay to swim in, though not the best. The local restaurants are a 15 minute walk away, in May a lot of these were closed, though enough were open for a good choice. Would stay here again.

  Sheraton Hotel is a paradise on earth. The rooms are older and have their minor flaws, but the garden, pool, beach and especially the nicest staff are beyond reproach. My family and I have visited many hotels in Asia and we rate our stay at Sheraton as the most beautiful. Rich breakfasts, wonderful entertainment program - we tried bracelet weaving, woodworking, flying kites on the beach, feeding turtles, mini golf. The hotel has a beautiful long beach without annoying vendors and all services and shops are just few minutes walking distance . The greatest treasure of this hotel is the staff. I have never met such nice and helpful people anywhere else and I will be very happy to return next year.
