  I've been travelling solo for the past 3 weeks all around Indonesia and Lombok was my 4th and before last stop of the journey.|The only reason I have given a 3/5 is thanks to the staff who were kind and helpful. Small touches like extending a takeaway breakfast when I said I was leaving early morning were highly appreciated. One of the gentlemen at the restaurant saw that I had something stuck in my hand and I was trying to get it off and he offered to help.|I have booked the Varda Superior Double because I fell in love with the pictures of the view and bathroom. But what a deception reality was. The rate was super attractive, but had I known what was waiting for me at Svarga, I wouldn't have stayed there and would have chosen an international brand over a local one.|Number 1: What they don't tell you is that the only available elevator does not service all the rooms. There are a LOT of stairs. Each room category is located on a specific floor so if you decide to stay, ask on which flo

  the place was tooooo beautiful. did set a lower expectation based on the reviews for the maintenance but they still tried their best. paint chipping here and there shouldn’t be an issue. we had issue with aircond and complained , they got it fixed immediately. able to see both ocean and mountain view from our open balcony, enjoyed jacuzzi with those view and the night stars was just too beautiful. we also got to see sunset from our room. it was just tooo much of a perfect spot honestly. breakfast was not buffet but rather ala carte menu

  Very strategic location in senggigi! Close to mataram city as well as hub to gili trawangan. Very convenient for exploring Lombok, with easy access to popular attractions such as Malimbu Hill, Nipah Beach, and the departure points for the Gili Islands. Whether you’re looking to relax by the beach, enjoy local dining, or use the resort as a base for sightseeing, Svarga Resort Senggigi is ideally positioned. The hotel is beautifully located on a hillside overlooking the ocean, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds. The rooms were spacious - bit of old stain on the floor but we dont really mind.

  Staying here for 4d3n. Pros : Nice ambiance, helpful staffs, I would say this hotel win when it comes to aesthetic design. . Cons : lift is quite far & you have to climb staircase if you staying at Qadma room. The deco insides the room is quite underwhelming. . Not sure whether if I put too much expectations considering this is 4-star hotel. Nice experience, but maybe if I come to Lombok once again, this will be my last options for the same 4-star rated hotels there. . But the restaurant is very good, with friendly staffs and the food is suitable for my palate.
