  First time stay here but honestly this is one of good hotel in serang. The room space is good. Amenities also complete but i had problm with my air conditioner. Bfast meals also good. Its suits for family or business or staycation caused location in heart of serang city

  For some reason, a room that was booked for one of ours was handed to someone else, without any prior notice. Note that this is after everything has been paid for. I advise you to find a better hotel to stay at. Preferably one that doesn't give one's room away without notice.

The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable — just what I needed after a long day. A big thank you to Ms. Schoniya from the Sales team, who helped with my booking. She was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive throughout the entire process. Her friendly approach and professionalism made the experience even more memorable.
