  this is my experience and my mother’s, after we try this salon. First, my mother requested a bob short haircut but ended up with a style that was far too short, almost resembling a men’s haircut. When we raised this issue with the therapist, instead of offering an apology, she responded indifferently and showed a lack of concern for our complaint. she only responds with “terus gimana ya bu” like what?? we need an apology and her responsibility about this issue. Furthermore, the blow-drying process took an hour, which is excessively long, especially considering the final result was far from satisfactory. Despite paying an additional charge for the blow-dry service, the outcome was subpar and did not meet our expectations. The overall experience was disappointing, and we feel that our concerns were not taken seriously by the staff. i will never going back to this salon ever again. I hope this salon take this feedback seriously and address these issues to prevent other customers from
