  The staff were friendly, but that‘s the only good thing I can say. My partner and I got a one-hour Balinese full-body massage, and it was the worst we had in Bali. Bad hygiene: The beds had dirty towels on top to lay on, and they didn‘t smell fresh. After our massage, they left our used towels on the beds and just made them look „nice“ for the next guests. The therapists massaged our feet (which we didn‘t have the chance to clean before) and then our faces directly after without washing their hands. Both therapists were talking with each other, and one of them even took three short phone calls. I really don‘t understand the good reviews.

  I had a wonderful Balinese massage at Ayu Spa. It was incredibly relaxing from start to finish, and the therapist was very professional and skilled. I left feeling completely refreshed. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Sidemen! Thank you

  The massage was absolutely fantastic – very professional and incredibly relaxing. You can immediately feel the experience and attention to detail. After the massage, we went to the warung next door, run by the same owners. The Gado Gado was truly amazing! I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend both!
