  I'm staying here for one night. Overall, it is a decent hotel, considering the price. The room is quite okay. Basic toiletries are available. The AC is working properly, as well as the hot shower. There is a little bit of black mold in the bathroom, but not to the extend of making me feel it's too much. Yes, it needs a bit more maintenance, but it's alright. The breakfast was excellent, though! It was a lot more than I had expected. So there was congee, noodle, beef, veggies, toast, cereal, egg station, some dessert, and choices of beverages include coffee, tea, water, and syrup.

  So i came to the place and was trying to figure out details with receptionist lady. It was a quest, as not only she doesn’t speak english, but also do not communicate in bahasa. I don’t know is she shy, scared, whatever but as a consultant she is useless. Room seems a bit shabby, but not a problem in general. You have a beautiful window so you can see fantastic metal roof. And of course you cannot open the window as its fixed with screws. For sure you have air-con, but don’t expect it to work. Even at night you feel hot. No hot water. The wifi is super slow and always drop off. Don’t expect that you can open browser page faster than 3 minutes in the morning. You have a breakfast with a limited amount of food. Don’t expect to have any healthy breakfast options. Of course there is a restaurant. But it doesn’t work in breakfast time. So you cannot even get a juice. Don’t expect stuff to help you if you ask about any recommendations like food or tourist destinations. They care ab

  For the price, not a bad place to stay. Cost was $465,000 rupiah, $35 USD. Western amenities. The food was excellent and not that expensive. Breakfast was better than what I have had at other Indonesian Hotels. If on a budget, this is a good place to stay. You have other restaurants near as well. Did not encounter any English speaking staff members.

  I am a frequent business in the city of Sorong and almost every 1.5 months into this city. Incidentally my business is located in the city center and I've tried various hotels around and for me that is very suitable is Hotel City View. The Hotel relatively new hotel with a minimalist design. The room and bathroom is small but functional. There is free wifi but slow, but enough to receive and send documents via email. The food and drinks were offered a very good and relatively cheap price compared to competitive. I hope the management can continue to improve the service so that it can be the best in its class.
