Completely unassuming, but perfectly fine for a short overnight stay. Hotels in Sorong are noticeably more expensive than comparable places in other Indonesian provincial cities, so finding good value is the real challenge. At around 300K per night, this was one of the more reasonable options. The room was basic. Not particularly clean, but not dirty either. Wi-Fi and AC worked well enough. Staff were friendly. There’s even a small, pleasant garden outside. Nothing memorable, nothing stylish — but for one night before a flight, it does the job.

I stayed at this hotel twice, before and after my visit to Raja Ampat. The hotel is simple, provides basic needs such as bed, AC and private bathroom, quite a value for the price (note: cheapest rooms don't have windows). Location was good, less than 10mins walk to airport and also not so far from the harbour.||||However in my 2nd trip I figured that the staff charged me more expensive in the first trip (they asked for 100k "key guarantee" which they didn't return when I check out) and also increase the rate a bit. When I complained the staff there said that the previous staff was not working there anymore. The 2nd room we got had problems; AC was not cold and toilet didn't work properly however the staff helped us to fix them in around 20-30 mins time. The wifi didn't work. Overall OK for the price.

Yes it’s run down and the rooms look kinda dirty. But the price is good, the internet is excellent, the bed is soft and it was pretty quiet whilst I was there. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good aircon, TV, hot water shower and hot and cold drinking water available free of charge. Was acceptable for me for this price range.

I stayed for 1 night only. It was a rest stop for me. The staff was nice, and let me check in really early! I think people generally stay here if they are going to Raja Ampat for diving. It's close to the airport for convenience, and shops are around the corner for picking stuff up for your trip before going to Raja Ampat. Lots of ATM'S around as well. Very close to the Remu market is also one of the reasons why i stayed here as well. Short drive to the access port to get to other parts in the area. The price to stay here is fairly inexpensive! I'd recommend it for a good night sleep before going elsewhere.
