  Hotel Vega Prime: Thank you so much for the attention and kindness of everyone at the hotel, and especially to Putri. They resolved every issue we had with incredible helpfulness. We arrived at 6:30 am, exhausted after so many flights and layovers. All we wanted was to sleep, and they allowed us to check in immediately. We were able to rest happily. They also allowed us to leave some of our luggage free of charge, which was a huge help for our continued travels. We also contacted them via WhatsApp because I had forgotten my traditional Indonesian hat, the kind they use for harvesting rice. They very kindly let us know they found it in the room and will keep it safe until we can get it back. We are truly grateful for their warmth, concern, and excellent service. Highly recommended!

  A very nice, new hotel. WiFi was fast. They checked me in at 9 am, which I’m so grateful for. The room was spacious. The breakfast variety was impressive and everything was sooo tasty and it opened at 5 am, which is convenient for early tours. And its location is close to the airport, less than 7 minutes walking. Would DEFINITELY recommend ❤️❤️❤️

  Lots of room for improvement here. While the lobby is quite presentable, the rooms could definitely use some care. The window in our room could not be closed as the latch was broken, letting in noise, hot air and mosquitoes. Lots of stains and scuffs on the walls and ceiling. The air conditioning was quite noisy and had some trouble keeping the room cool (although this could partly be due to the broken window). Moldy caulk in the bathroom. A cockroach crawling through a crack in the tiles. I could go on. The breakfast is good though. Lots of dishes and a nice outside area. The staff is also friendly. I can’t say that made up for the issues during our stay though. Vega Prime really should do better.

  Kindly offered us a very early check in. Pool area needs more loungers/cushioned seating. Our belongings were moved without our consent when we went inside to eat lunch. Restaurant service incredibly slow. Food quality…disappointing at best and not cheap. Quickly gave us additional complimentary drinking water. Close to the airport. Reasonable value for money if you’re on a budget.
