  I've been a regular customer here and I'm always satisfied with the service. The place is clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. All of the therapists are kind, friendly, and professional. The massage is consistently excellent and helps relieve stress and body tension. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely keep coming back! 😊

  Visited this place quite regularly whenever I have a chance to go to Bintaro. Extremely disappointed with the last visit where I have booked a 2 x 2 hours session where the therapist practically just touching instead of massaging. Raised a concern to the therapist, the reception, got escalated to branch manager who then recommend me to reach out to Head Office. Waited for a week and a half before someone from HO called me back only to advise that they have spoke and retrained both therapist and they can't offer any kind of vouchers to compensate our experience. Extremely unhappy with the outcome, not saying that i get full compensation but at least a 2 x 15 minutes voucher is fair to ease off the tension. Classic example of a business who just couldn't care less about their customers anymore. Definitely will be looking to go somewhere else.

  This place is popular since years ago and not much changed. The price for body massage is affordable. The room is rather old fashioned and you can hear people talk around ur room. Most of therapists here are experienced as well. But i get the ‘not nice’ therapist cos she moves the part of my body roughly. It is like she throws the doll😂😂 weird experience!
