  The 2nd time staying here while on business trip in Sukabumi. The service was excellent, warm and polite welcoming from all the hotel staffs. Clean and very well maintained facility. Very generous, various, and delicious options of breakfast buffet, from local to international dishes. Will definitely stay again here in future opportunity. Keep up the good work 👍

  "I booked a room directly because online bookings were fully booked. A day before check-in, I requested for room decoration and they were very helpful. My room was also upgraded and complemented with a complimentary cake. The room was very clean and well-organized. The decoration was good and elegant. I also ordered food to be prepared in the room and they assisted me. In the morning, I didn't feel well and they helped deliver breakfast to my room. Thank you very much.||To Riesca and Aldo from the front office team, you were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Your initiative was excellent, and we were very impressed with the hospitality. We've stayed here several times and will always come back. Please keep up the good service!"
