  In reality, you will be given 80ish minutes of one hand massage with minimal pressure. The massage treatment does not match the price. Too expensive, disappointing service. PRos= yes it is clean but that is not enough.

  A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I took the 90mins body glow. The spa is a tiny space inside the gym. The masseuse had zero massage techniques. She was just pressing and pressing my body up and down. And she had she seemed to not know how to cover the body with a few towels. She was trying to use 1 towel to cover my entire body even though many parts were exposed to the aircon. At one point she even started singing!! I looked at her shocked and then she laughed. This was really a waste of time and money. The drain in the shower was clogged. Very unprofessional and no skills. Please don't waste your money here.

  Completely overpriced. Was charged 425k for an hour but really was just 45 mins. Maybe the therapist was new, but: - she didn't know how to wait on guests - didn't know where the kimono was, had to find it myself to go to the shower after - I wasn't asked what kind of massage I wanted, just how long - massage was soft, almost no pressure, mostly just stroking my skin - didn't turn phone on silent, I could hear her Shopee notifications - was burping loudly several times during the massage Go to Tirta Ayu Spa instead 300m down the road, the therapists there are way more professional, prices are half less than here. P.S. Notice how the pictures on all the 5-star reviews are the same...

  Take a walk then stay in Surabaya, never forget to have a massage at Morazen Surabaya. The spa therapists are professional and the service ia very good friendly and the massage is very nice and relaxing. Thank you for the massage experience...
