  I made a booking for today but accidentally typed yesterday's date in my message. The shop saw my message with a date that had already passed, and instead of pointing out my mistake, they just replied "OK". So I assumed my booking was confirmed. When I showed up today, they told me: "Oh, you didn't come yesterday so I thought you would cancel." They never contacted me to check, never sent a reminder, and now refuse to honor my booking. If you can't afford to offer the discount, just say so. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest. Won't be coming back.

  A highly recommended place for both body massage and reflexology in Citraland. The place is considered clean, the therapists are well trained and professional, and the price is decent. The only downside is that the air-conditioner here is very cold. One device is for two rooms in which you could ask for adjustment when the next door room is empty. However, overall, this is a nice place to go for increasing the well-being.
