    I had a wonderful experience at this new family massage outlet in Surabaya. The ambience is incredibly relaxing, with a spacious layout and beautiful decoration that makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. The staff and therapists are very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which adds to the overall pleasant experience.     I have been De Wave customer for quite sometimes now, mainly the one in West area, especially for foot reflexology and body massage. I am so glad de wave opens the signature branch with more comprehensive services including hair treatment. I tried the cream bath treatment service which was so good. For one hour and a half, not only my hair and hat that got treatment and massage, the hands and feet were also being massaged. Close to the end of the service the hair was washed using the Japanese technique and tools. As it is recently opened, there are some materials at the front, as well as workers walking around, which I believe to finish the place. The salon was located on the first floor and it is not as tranquil as I have thought. I didn’t check the second floor, which is for the body massage, though. I personally would prefer a more private room for the salon, but I do understand it might not be possible given the space and layout. I highly recommend this place for wellness activi
