  I would consider this an (almost) gem. Almost, because they were good at almost making it perfect. The aesthetics of the spa and feeling relaxed when you enter, the joy in arriving for pampering, the foot bath with stones was also different, but moment I got on the bed and started massage I was very disappointed to realize the walls are too thinly designed. The guest next door was talking loudly, but staff eventually told her to keep quiet after I could not take it. But you will still hear the pings of her phone. Then I got the “steam” after, however the way they designed it is you have to walk outside the treatment room almost naked, to get to the steam area. Massage was perfect but the experience was very short and half baked. Consciousness of staff and culture of being mindful to the peace could be improved better. Recommended for: affordable spa Surabaya, relaxing massage Surabaya

  Did my signature body wrap today. I was assign to mbak ila if i dont remember her name wrongly. Ambience is good. Mbak ila was professional and good. The place is also good but the layout and the cleanliness and sound proofing is VERY bad. So kimaya doesnt have a room that can do the body wrap procedure all in 1 room. When i request the service the receptionist they assign me to this room on 1st floor. I was so shock that they didnt have the bathroom inside the room. So i requested to see if they have a room with a bathroom in it and luckily they have 1 on 2nd floor. The room name is called marigold. It was kinda at the outside. After we move to the marigold room the therapist told me that i still need to go down for the steam. I was so shocked as the receptionist didnt tell me that they only have the steam machine on level 1. So to be honest after knowing that i still need to go down for the steam it defeat the purpose of me moving to the 2nd floor. But the level 1 room is already

  I spent two afternoons with different treatments and everything was good in general. Chintia did the hand spa and massage and she was very good with understanding my needs in English and have strong hands with massage. I agree with the previous comment on environment which can be designed better. It’s not too pleasant hearing the sound of hair dryer or rocky sounds while massaging. The bathroom definitely can be renovated. But overall it was very easy to book, good price and experience.

  10/10 experience First time experience lymphatic massage and massager Kak Liya assist me and ensure i have pleasant experience. Also did foot and hair spa with assistance with a few of the workers. It was so amazing. Thank you for making me like a princess for a day. Highly recommended if u are in surabaya. There are many options to consider from beauty to massage.
