    The experience was amazing, good place best therapist. Love the massage technique that relaxing me during and after the treatment. Ambience was excellent , keep the authentic architecture with modern hospitality.

    We did our massage here with great anticipation but it turned to a great disappointment for the standard that they are delivering…. As a 5 star hotel it doesn’t hit the mark for what they are charging… Read on if you are planning to have a massage here and for the details to check with the staff to avoid the pitfalls we encountered. Firstly the high rating seen on reviews was given to the previous operator, the current operator taking on this hotel spa name has only operated for 7 days! Yes , pretty much started in the same week we stayed here. Both their hardware and software are definitely not in place. Their massage rooms were under renovation and we had to use one of the hotel room for massage. It was not setup for massage, beds were too soft and lack of a therapeutic session , etc. Think of just having a therapist in your room… no tea after the session as well, just water, and broken head shower …etc Even thought we booked for 4pm, the room was not ready when we arrived, it doe

    Booked a facial massage and extra head massage a couple days ago. The therapist greeted me and lead me to the treatment room she asked me to change with the robes, I thought she’s about to leave me in private while I was changing but she just standing next to me with her mobile phone. Then she asked me to lay down and straight forward massage my scalp without asking the pressure. Ok the not long after that, she started telling me this haunted story around the spa like.. wth I’m trying to relax at the spa not listening your scary story. The massage itself was ok nothing good. I hope the other therapist well trained and more professional.
