  Everywhere in the world, also in Indonesia and in Surabaya - you are able to call a spa and talk to the staff about what you want... Ask questions, get recommendations etc etc... That's called customer service, it's normal. But not here.... No way...i called and called, nobody picked up the phone, day after day. Found out they only communicate through whatssupp... But they don't answer whattsupp calls.. Only messaging. So i kept on messaging for 3 days with them to get a simple appointment for body scrub... Unbelivable... What a waste of time. All could have been done over a phone call in 5 minutes.... You call this customer service ? No way... It's just pure laziness. Another thing - the staff should keep quiet in the rooms where customers are lying down and trying to relax. That's the whole idea of going to a spa - To Relax !!! How can I relax and enjoy the nice Gamelang music when a whole bunch of staff are sitting on the other side of the curtain and talking, gossiping and laugh

  Good massage parlor. Would recommend to anyone that wants to pamper yourself. Popular among locals as well. Be sure to make a reservation beforehand via WhatsApp. Price is affordable. (Price list as of Jan 2020). Friendly masseur. Only limitation is that their command of English is limited, communication might be a problem.

  The location is pretty easy to find. Car and motorbike parking area is available in front of the spa building. Good massage and body treatments service with affordable price. The staff are friendly and helpful. The place is quite clean and comfortable even though is not spacious. Register as member (need to pay 50,000 IDR) then you will get 20% discount. Better to book before we go as it's usually fully booked. We can book via Whatsapp or by phone (Whatsapp for faster response). The treatments are also very varied, treatment for couple is also available. After the treatments, we will get free drink (I tried ginger tea when I was there). Recommended 👍🏻

  staff were friendly but the massage itself was quite bad. i got the 90min full body massage and she spent 60mins "massaging" my legs. it didnt even feel like a proper massage as she just kept pressing her palms down repeatedly in the same cycle over and over again. it got so uncomfortable i had to tell her to stop and just move on to my upper body but she said no as there's a set timing they had to follow. the upper body massage was better but same thing it was just pressing with their palms mostly. no technique at all. the music was also quite loud yes their price might be cheap but the massage itself just is not worth it as i felt more uncomfortable doing massage than before.
