  Alila is a nice hotel , but being a city hotel lacks the personal touch . A personal request made at the time of booking from my husband was ignored, which was disappointing. Aside from waiting 1 hour for our luggage to be delivered to the room and the front desk not responding to an enquiry to pay a room upgrade.The hairdryer is so sad for 5star hotel, i hope you change it. It’s works but it very difficult to use, even when you put up the hairdryer is off, so basically you only can dry the front hair. Modern hotel should have modern amenities as well. Too tired to raise a complaint so i just leave it there. everything was ok. Breakfast is good 👍 Most of the staff is friendly. Is not bad but not that good .

  Loved my stay here. The hotel facilities are great but below is what most stood out. The staff - absolutely amazing hospitality here. The staff are all so kind and helpful, particularly the restaurant and breakfast. And a special thank you to the night security staff who helped my friend get home when they became sick in the bar next door. That was above and beyond the call of duty and I was so greatful 🙏 The breakfast - easily one of the best in Indonesia, so many options with fresh food to order as well as the buffet style options. Love the fresh to order juices, teas and smoothies too. It was even better when they had the a la carte menu included too though. The rooftop bar - the sunset view over the nearby mountain is beautiful and memorable and drinks up here are very reasonably priced for such a high class venue

  My second visit after more than 10 years. It still feels the same, offers the same ambience. The hospitality, the fabulous breakfast menu, free-flow coffee, the cleanliness, baru masuk hotel aja udah bau wangi sereh. 10/10 sih. On top of it, semua stafnya SUPER DUPER RAMAH. Make us really feels like home, when we are actually nowhere. No cacat at all. Highly recommended 👍

  The stay was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant. I also enjoyed the skylounge. It had a great ambience and was a nice place to chill & relax. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.
