  This my very first time stay at solo for my business trip. And they gave me an awesome experience at all. Good location, good services, good meals anf good ambience. The room size is suits for me, the lights also enough, amenities are complete. Check in process also doesnt take so long but makes me surprises while i got my bfast . Their food are so damn tasty. Thanks Harris Solo. Good job

  Good in my POV:|- Friendly staff, spot on from check in and throughout the stay.|- Location is great. Purwosari train station is walking distance, Solo Square Mall and Solo Paragon Mall is around 5 - 10 mins drive.|- Breakfast was good, so many varieties. |- Room is spacious, bench in the room. coffee making facility, like it.|- Spacious parking space in the basement.|- Somehow, room soundproofing was quite good.||Not so good in my POV:|- Combined reception between Harris and POP!. its literally in one table and bit confusing. I think more visible signage can be used here.|- Basement can use more lighting and signages.|- Same floor levelling in the bathroom? simple showering will make your bathroom floor wet all over. be careful. slippery and cold!|- In my room, there wasn't even a single hooks in the bathroom. how you're going to put your clothes or used towels when you take a shower?|- Pool is good, but please do something with deck flooring. some of the wood was broken, nails was ou

  I would say have prospect. Room was spacious. But bathroom shower fixtures was old and corroded. And I found mold in many places at the edges of tiles. The towels were white with stains. I stayed for 4 nights and my TV wasn't working eventhough We asked the front desk for mechanic. Twice went to have dinner at the cafe on the 1st floor. The service was really slow It took us about 15 minutes to get our drinks simple drink like beer and hot ginger drink. Most important mistake at the pool and gym area. Someone used our room number and the attendant couldn't caught them If they didn't returm their towel we had obligation to replace them. Setvice other than Front office or house keeping were horrible. The only good thing is just location. I think it will not consider for 4 star international. But I think this hotel will be okay only for local customers.

  The staff were super friendly. Variety of food for breakfast (and tasted good too, except the coffee latte and cappucino which was too much milk :) ). It worth the price. Highly recommended for families and vacation. Too bad the pool were under maintenance. Btw the cooler at the room was not cold enough to put your ice cream.
