  We stayed for 4 days in family deluxe room and the room was clean and big enough for 3 of us. Security staff and front desk was wonderful and friendly. Visited the restaurant couple of times unfortunately the food was okay and service was little bit slow. We felt there is no air conditioner in entire lobby, with the weather in solo is hard to stay inside without the AC. Overall is a good hotel to stay for few nights.

  Overall the stay experience was good, room cleanliness was good, services was also excellent. The staff very helpful, mba Reva recommend some delicoous food to try. Definitely will be back for next Solo Trip.

  Booked because of their hot water pool. But it only warm during weekend. But their pools are good, there are three pools with depth 1.4m, 0.6m and 0.8 m.Rooms are spacious. We booked 3 rooms, two others connecting and children love it.The only let down is the breakfast selection, not too many choices. Standard staples of hotel buffet. Bit expect more of their speciality selections.

  Overall good. Especially the Cinnamon Restaurant and the service of the staffs. A minor disappointment when I check in. I have ordered and pay the Family Deluxe room with 1 large bed (king bed size) and the receptionist offer me for twins bed. After I complain, he gave me the right bed size.
