  1st time trying the massage at IKIGAI, it was quite painful in the beginning because there were lots of knotted muscles in my whole body. But after a while the tension starts to loosen up and it felt relaxing, especially when they give you the warm hotstone. The place gives off a nice, peaceful, and relaxing vibes. They have a nice refill of ginger tea and matcha that you can drink before and after the massage. It was a great experience, great place, and the whole staff was very friendly. Next time i’ll be back again. And thank you kak Lia 🙏🏻🥰

  The salon was very clean, the staff were very friendly, and the massage itself was really good. We chose this place based on the reviews, and overall it was a good experience. The price was also very reasonable — we paid 260,000 IDR for a two-hour massage. However, the massage area was quite cold. Even after they turned off the AC, it was still too chilly, and I couldn’t fully relax because I was cold the whole time. Also, there was a man nearby who was snoring and having a video call, which was quite disturbing for everyone. Since the massage areas are only separated by partitions and not private rooms, noise can easily affect the experience.

  It's my first time going to this massage parlor. The experience was definitely nice. Through expert's hands, the knots in my shoulders have finally loosen. I like the nice smell and the ambience. And the feet wash before the massage. They help build the relaxing atmosphere up. The toilet is small but nice and clean. Sure will go back to this place.

  Tried this branch recently and to be honest, the massage experience at their BSD location was definitely better. But okay, it was still decent. However, the overall environment kind of ruined the relaxation. It was freezing. Not “cool and refreshing,” but genuinely uncomfortable to the point of torture. Hard to relax when you’re shivering the whole time. Then there’s the noise. I was told to silence my phone (which is fair), but I could still hear other people’s notifications going off, and one guest even watched a video. I also have a bit of a hygiene concern. After the massage, my hair was messy, so I went to tidy up in the restroom. There was only one comb available, and it had multiple strands of hair stuck on it. Ugh. I expected at least hotel-style single-use combs. They’re not expensive, and it’s basic hygiene.
