    had a really good first experience here. tempatnya bersih, nyaman, dan wangi. therapistnya ramah, massage pressurenya pas, and you can always request the pressure to be adjusted. loved the warm ginger drink after the massage. would definitely come back

    Need to improve the massage itself, pay attention on how the staff dressed up too and put more the lighting on the steps. Please put info "be quiet" on the wall or every room to maintain the relaxing mode.

    I arrived at 340pm for my 4pm appointment. I booked for 90mins basic detox lymphatic massage with add on 30 mins face lymphatic massage. Only at 430pm i was called. Reason being the therapist had a meal break. Im not trying to be inhumane here dont you think with better management you could have informed me on whatsapp and not waste my time? Went to the toilet before massage, did the measurement and only at 450 the treatment started. Checked my phone and by 630 i was already prepared to be wiped by towel to remove the oils. A bit confused with how the timing works since the masseuse use a timer. Overall will definitely never ever going again and as someone who has been to multiple massage places even in different ASEAN countries, this is by far really, the worst. Also price displayed was not included 8% service tax which i find a little misleading since other places would already stated all inc. yes i know its stated in the poster that “price not included service” nah I think with the

    I booked via Traveloka and it's an easy process to redeem. I contacted the CS via WhatsApp to reserve and they're friendly to explain the process & info. It was my first time getting a reflexology and I enjoyed the sensation. The therapist put good amount of pressure, asking our oil preference, hot stone (which feel nice!) and also a nice ginger tea. 10/10 for the tea 💕, 4/5 because I don't have prior experience so I don't know what to compare it with.
