  I honestly had such a great experience staying here. From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent and everything felt so welcoming and well taken care of. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has such a pleasant atmosphere.|I especially want to say thank you to Mbak Melya. She surprised me with a welcome cake, and it genuinely made my day. It was such a simple gesture, but it felt very thoughtful and personal. You can really tell she cares about the guests.|Small things like that make a big difference. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

  I had an unpleasant experience at Horison Hotel Tasikmalaya in the past, but during my recent visit, everything turned into a memorable experience. Chronology 1 First visit in May 2025 I booked a room through Agoda, but there was a booking mistake the room turned out to be a smoking room. I tried staying in the room, but it was very stuffy and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Because I couldn’t tolerate it, the hotel provided an air purifier, but it didn’t make any difference. I then called the reception to request a room change, but it was not possible. The second time, my husband went down to speak directly with the receptionist, and the result was the same: the room change request was denied. Reluctantly, I opened the Agoda app and booked a room at another hotel. After only about 30 minutes of checking in, we checked out again. When we arrived at the reception to process the check-out because we had paid a 50,000 IDR deposit and left our ID card the check-out process became

  This hotel fits our family needs. Unfortunately we didn’t have the chance to try their food due to our schedule. Would definitely stay here again if we ever visit the city in the future. Thank you.

  waiters are polite and helpfull...room is clean... air condition need attention... despite already set to 16 celc..but not cool...parking can get crowded during holiday season....breakfast is best...lot of varieties...overall is good
