  Fantastic experience from start to finish. We wanted to make a booking (at short notice) for a 1 hour private yoga class and 90-minute Balinese massage. Initially they were fully booked but promised to see if they could fit us in and I’m so glad they did. A little while later we got a WhatsApp and everything was confirmed. We arrived and were taken in a buggie to stunning open air jungle view yoga studio. Our tutor asked about our experience levels and blended a few different types of yoga to suit our intentions - she was so lovely. We then went down to the spa where we were greeted again with some jasmine scented towels and a cold drink to refresh as we filled out standard pre-massage forms. We chose our own massage oil from 3 options: lavender, sandalwood or lemongrass. Then we met our therapists who gave us a foot ritual and went through our forms with us (discussed pressure level etc.). Next was the massage and I must say it was one of the best I have ever had.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Sanctuary in the Heart of the Jungle! We had the most incredible experience at Mekar Ubud Jungle Spa by K Club. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was pure magic—the bamboo architecture is absolutely stunning and creates such a peaceful, grounded vibe. We indulged in a full body massage, facial, and scrub, and every treatment was executed to perfection. A huge thank you to our specialists, Wina and Sudiasih, who were so skilled and attentive, and to their supervisor Niri for ensuring everything was seamless. Their service was truly top-tier. One of the highlights was the floral bath; it was so beautifully arranged with a sea of red and purple petals—truly a dreamlike experience. To top it all off, we were treated to a delicious selection of treats and fresh juices that were as beautiful as they were tasty [Refer to image_3.png].   I came there last month and it was fantastic! Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The ambiance was very relaxing - I regret booking a mid-day appointment because by the time of my jacuzzi, it was already dark and couldn’t enjoy the view anymore! The first floor of the cocoon was for showering and jacuzzi, while the second floor is for massage/facial. I booked Lulu Allure (150 mins) and Jungle Element Facial (60 mins) in advanced. They will ask for 50% deposit (via WhatsApp) to honor your reservation so just FYI! Prior the session, they patiently explained to me the treatments and ingredients they will use. I really like the massage that I got. The therapist gave the right amount pressure which really helped relieve the pain in my back. The body scrub was alright - I’ve had Korean/Japanese body scrubs before where they would really scrub your dead skin cells away - but here, all I got was basically them putting the ingredients all over my body.   Mekar offered a truly surreal and amazing experience, featuring unique "cocoons" that felt like a whimsical creation straight out of Willy Wonka. We went with the chocolate package, it was an incredible indulgence that left us feeling relaxed and pampered. Without a doubt, the absolute highlight was the open-air bath. Soaking while overlooking the lush, expansive jungle was breathtaking. However the bath is not as deep or warm as it may appear. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape with a touch of fantasy, this is exactly the place to be.
