    This was the best massage I have ever had in Bali. The movement of the hands, gamelan music, gentle fans blowing, the time spent on areas of the body that needed it. I had a motorbike accident a year ago my neck was a mess couldn’t turn right. The master Komanng worked her gentle magic on my neck and upper shoulders without me directing her to. I had 3 massages on 3 concurrent days and wow right hand turns are not a problem. Do it for yourself, value for money can’t be beat. I recommend unconditionally their traditional Balinese massage.

    Ayu Mesari Massage is one of those hidden gems that rewards a little effort to find. It’s tucked away and nicely secluded, which immediately sets a calm, relaxed tone away from the busier streets. From arrival, the staff were attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming, making the experience feel personal rather than transactional. During my treatment, a group entered who were unfortunately loud and rude, which briefly disrupted the atmosphere. Credit where it’s due though — my therapist handled it professionally, apologised sincerely, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. That level of care made a real difference and showed a strong customer-first mindset. The massage itself was excellent — so much so that after my hour-long treatment, I happily stayed on for another 30 minutes for a foot massage. It was deeply relaxing and exactly what I needed.
