    Amazing experience at Jaens Shanti spa ubud. The service here was exceptional. We got a couple’s deep tissue massage. The therapists were very skilled and professional. Both Juli and Gungsri gave us the best bali massage experience. Also loved the vibe of the reception staff and enjoyed their warm hospitality. Thank you Ariska and Kusuma for accommodating us when we reached late for our appointment due to traffic. Not to mention the aesthetics and aura of the place adds to the magical experience.

    The best spa experience ever had, definetly recommend for anyone who wants to bring harmonious storys back home. With warm and thick hands, not too soft nor too hard pressing your muscles into relaxtion. Rose and Iluh being the best therapists, with Inton as the kindest counter member. Their service is the best Bali spa offer.

    Black Mold in Massage Room – Shanti I initially had a disappointing experience at Jaens Spa Shanti Ubud. During my visit, I noticed visible black mold on the wall inside the massage room. In a wellness environment where hygiene should be the highest priority, this was concerning and uncomfortable. It affected the relaxing atmosphere and raised questions about maintenance standards. At the time, I also saw that other clients had mentioned similar concerns in previous reviews, which made the situation feel even more disappointing. UPDATE: After sharing my feedback, the management reached out to me personally. Mrs. Okta, who was professional and sincere, apologized for the experience and invited me to visit their main branch. During my return visit, Okta spoke with me both before and after the treatment. The way she handled the situation showed genuine respect toward a loyal customer, and I truly appreciated that level of personal attention. I returned for a (complimentary 1 hour,

    The calming and relaxing experience in this wonderful place. My therapist, Tari has a skillful techniques and the receptionist, Desak is kind and informative about programs. I strongly recommend to visit this center. I took an Intuitive Balinese massage, 90 minutes. If I have time, then I want to take a Signature 120 minutes menu.
