  I recently tried the Bisma Healing Massage at Tejas Spa, and it was exactly what I needed. The ambiance hit me the moment I walked in. Soft lighting, gentle music, and that calming spa scent that instantly takes the edge off. The treatment was an oil massage paired with warm herbal compresses pressed into the muscles. The heat sinks in slowly and works out tension you didn’t even know was there. My therapist clearly knew what she was doing. Firm pressure where I wanted it, lighter where I didn’t, and a really nice flow throughout. The staff deserves a special mention too. Everyone was warm and welcoming without being over-the-top, which made the whole visit feel relaxed and personal.

  Had an amazing experience. We are sad we need to leave Ubud as we definitely would've come back if we had more time here! I had a hard time deciding between all the options around Ubud, then decided to give this one a go cause there were barely any bad reviews. I get why! It's definitely a 5 star massage place :) In the beginning it started with a nice tea and quick foot massge. Then my partner and I got to be in the couples room and it was great. The massage itself was amazing as well. Btw if you go during the morning times, you can get a discount. Check out on the website! They gave nice tea and cookie in the end. 한국인분들도 좋아할거에요. 깔끔하고 좋았습니다.

  We had an amazing experience with the massages at Adiwana Bisma. We enjoyed a massage here every single day during our stay, and it was absolutely worth it every time. The masseuses were very professional and skilled, and the whole experience felt very personal. Before each massage, they carefully explained the different options and made sure the treatment matched exactly what we wanted. Every session was incredibly relaxing, and we always left feeling completely refreshed and stress-free. Highly recommended if you stay at Adiwana Bisma!

  Aniya and Malia were fantastic! This spa is so amazing. When we arrived it included a free 15 minute welcome massage then we wrapped it into our aromatherapy massage. One of the best massages my husband and I have ever had. The ladies were so kind and very thorough constantly making sure we were comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend.
