Very disappointing experience. I booked a one-hour massage expecting a professional treatment, but it felt more like someone simply spreading oil over my body than performing an actual massage. There was very little technique, pressure, or therapeutic work involved. What made the experience even worse was the excessive cracking and manipulation of my joints. The therapist cracked my body more than my own doctor ever would, and I ended up leaving with shoulder pain that I did not have before the session. If you suffer from back, neck, or shoulder pain, I strongly advise against coming here. In my case, the massage made things worse instead of providing any relief. Another disappointment is the lack of options. There is no real choice of massage style—only a full-body massage, with the duration being the only difference. Overall, this was a poor experience and a waste of money. I would not return and cannot recommend this place.

We had a wonderful experience here. The ambience and environment were very pleasant, with a stylish yet minimalistic interior that felt calm and inviting. Everything was spotless and clean, which added to the comfort. The masseurs were clearly very skilled. We asked for strong pressure and they delivered perfectly — firm, right on the spot, yet still very relaxing. Our 90-minute massage was soothing from start to finish, and we both felt refreshed afterwards. I really appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail as well — from the warm towel wipe-down at the end so the skin didn’t feel oily or sticky, to the eye mask lightly scented with essential oil, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We came here on our last day in Bali, and it was the perfect way to end our trip. Will definitely come back again the next time we’re in Bali!

masseuses giggling, whispering with colleague. always tapping on phone to check time. masseuse didnt know what she was doing. oil rubbing at most. no skills not professional. This was honestly the worst massages I’ve had in Bali. The therapist didn’t seem attentive or careful at all it felt more like she was just going through the motions rather than trying to create a relaxing experience. What surprised me even more is that they call themselves a “spa,” yet there’s no proper treatment menu. They only offer one standard Balinese massage, with no options to choose from. Don’t waste your time.

Amazing experience here. Staff were friendly and efficient. Clean and professional environment. I believe my massage therapists name was Firo (sorry, not sure about the spelling). Absolute best leg and arm massage I’ve ever had.
