  Very terrible customer service. I booked an appointment for haircut with them and they didn’t inform me before time that the appointment was cancelled and would have to be rescheduled. I planned my entire trip to Flores accordingly. When I asked them why they didn’t inform me earlier, they just blocked me! I am really astonished by the poor customer service. Would not recommend at all. There are much better salons with high level of work ethic and professionalism. Edit: I had informed about the rescheduling a day or two before, very well in advance. If a customer reschedules their appointment and informs you in advance you block them? Never come across such lack of professionalism. Also, you lied about your hairdresser being in some “incident” and tried to change the appointment? Who wants all this mental gymnastics, it should be smooth and seamless. Please learn some manners, work ethic and professionalism. Would benefit your business.

  I just had the best facial of my life here. After my facial I also got my lashes done and the girl did such a great job. I will definitely be coming back :)

  Rama did a wonderful job!! I absolutely love how my nails turned out. One of my favorite manicures ever!! The staff is friendly and professional. Very clean and tidy spa!! Definitely recommend if you’re in uluwatu and want to get your nails done!!

  I was there for the first time yesterday and I'm really so excited! I went there spontaneously on a Saturday evening and got an appointment straight away, even though it was already very busy at that time. The prices are really very fair. I had my nails done with UV polish, the staff take a lot of time and make a huge effort! There are hardly any other places like this, and the atmosphere is very relaxed. I will definitely come back and can only recommend it to everyone!!! The result is really perfect🥹
