  First things first, my overall impression is that this hotel is enormous, offering a large number of rooms and excellent facilities. The service was very good, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The pools are some of the most stunning designs I have ever seen in Jogja, making them a highlight of my stay. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from, catering to both local and international tastes. Additionally, the hotel grounds were clean and well-maintained although the room bathtub and bed cover is a bit old, and the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions.

  It was a memorable stay at Mustika. Hotel is very large, spacious room, staff were polite and helpful, pool was so nice, Indian restaurant inside is a big plus for us being vegetarians. Special thanks to Hotel staff for the hospitality, will certainly look for future stay at this hotel.

  Mustika Hotel Yogyakarta has a classic charm and a strong traditional resort atmosphere. Although the hotel itself is already quite old, I was pleased to see that the room felt newly renovated, which made the stay more comfortable than expected.||The check-in process was fast and smooth. One of the strongest highlights of this hotel is definitely the hospitality. The employees were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. Their service was top notch and really helped create a welcoming experience.||Breakfast was also good, with a lot of choices available. It gave a nice start to the day and added good value to the overall stay.||However, the biggest concern for me was the bedding. The blanket and bedsheet looked very old and not properly fresh. It was not just a matter of dust, but more because the fabric already had dark stains and marks, possibly due to age and long-term usage.   Its my 3rd night here and leaving the hotel tomorrow, amazing grounds and receptionist staff where truly wonderful and understanding, Aksa showed what true service is and left me amazed by her care ,breakfast is wonderful and starts early at 6 with complete coffee drinks / smoothies/ fresh bakery not frozen and local western dishes, if they got salmon they can compete with the four seasons. and the staff like Aka ,Ali and all of them are happy to serve and where very cautious and hospitable, the hotel is old yes but I saw birds holding branches building nests ,pigeons in the lobby that really reflected how old places have more charisma and its a safe place in all means . There's minor things yes like old paint and some bad smells in the big shareable bathrooms but there was air refresher & honestly its not a big deal when you have a comfy bed excellent room view and truly great great associates, gym is fair and water and towels ,im going to book a spa tomorrow and im sure it will be
