  Overall, this surf camp has so many positive aspects. The dorm rooms are kept very clean, the food is genuinely very good, and the cleaning and kitchen staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The surf guides are also a major reason why many guests enjoy staying here, they are super supportive, skilled, and create a fun atmosphere in and out of the water. However, there were also recurring concerns among guests regarding the surf planning and communication from the office side. Several surf sessions were scheduled during questionable tide conditions. Many guests found some of these decisions difficult to understand, especially considering the mixed surf levels within the groups. Wondered if this tide decision is done by people who don’t know their island. The issue is not about challenging surf itself, but whether conditions are always being considered appropriately for progression, comfort, and safety.   I've been to WG surf camp twice this year (May - October) and all i can say is that it's brilliant in all aspects. The WG staff will make you feel at home from day one. The camp management is very professional all you need to do is ask and well your wish is their command. The rooms are very clean, bed sheets, bathrooms, pool. The food is diversified, delicious and cost efficient. Majority of the instructors are very professional and care for the safety of the students. The location of the camp s brilliant as well. I would totally recommend this camp for all levels of surfers specially the beginners. I am planning to go back very soon!

  It’s a surf camp owned by a German couple with nice rooms, clean bathrooms and a quiet location in the middle of canggu. My highlight were Pulba my surf teacher, as he was super dedicated to improving my surf skills and very respectful and professional, and Natalie at the reception, because we bonded immediately! The downside of my stay was that several of the other surf instructor were quite predatory and caused me to feel uncomfortable, and also led to a less social vibe at the camp. All of the female staff were amazing, put attention to every detail, including cleaning the rooms every day, providing clean, nicely arranged towels every day etc, everything was cared for

  Had a great stay at the Surf WG! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location is perfect, and the atmosphere is relaxed, fun, and makes you feel at home. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!
